No one likes to pay interest on the credit card do they? And to be honest, when you’ve amounted a huge credit card bill, you really want the interest to go away. So compare the interest rate by all means when you go shopping for a new credit card, but if you’re looking for a credit card that offers 0% interest on your balance transfer the most important thing to be looking out for is the length of time you can get it with 0 interest. If it’s only 6 months then you’re not likely to save much money at all are you? You really need to aim at a year or more with no interest payable. When you so this it should set you up with at least a chance to pay off some of your huge debt; just don’t make the same mistake again.
